I created Inma Haven as a home for all of this — a place where you can grow, soften, rise, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.

Welcome to the Haven
Why the Haven
Over years of teaching, coaching, research, art-making and ritual work, I saw a pattern repeating in almost every person I worked with:
We all need a haven —
a space where we can pause long enough to hear ourselves again,
a space where our nervous system can settle,
where truth feels safe,
and where new possibilities can begin to take shape.
Transformation doesn’t happen through pressure.
It happens in safety, honesty, and presence.
when we learn to meet ourselves — here and now — with compassion and courage
The Haven is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone else.
It is a space to:
settle the nervous system
reconnect with what matters
listen beneath the noise
move at a rhythm that feels true
Here, depth is held with gentleness, and change is allowed to unfold in its own time.

I’m here to walk with you, to hold a space where you can hear what’s true, and to help you find your next step with clarity and compassion.
About me
Before creating Inma Haven, I spent between 10 and 20 years as:
an academic and researcher exploring identity, resilience, mindfulness and change
a leadership and resilience practitioner for organisations and communities
a coach and facilitator for hundreds of individuals
a trainer in emotional regulation, self-leadership and resilience
an artist using colour and texture to explore presence and mystery
a shamanic practitioner working with ceremony, ritual and healing
a community builder supporting people navigating difficult transitions
This work has taken me from classrooms to prisons, from corporate boardrooms to circle spaces, from scientific journals to moonlit gatherings.
What connects all of it is a single thread:
helping people remember the beauty and power within themselves.

WHAT I BELIEVE
You are not something to fix.
Your mind, body, emotions and intuition all carry intelligence.
Resilience is not about pushing — it’s about recovering, realigning and rising within.
Ritual and science can coexist.
Art is a form of healing.
Transformation is a gentle, human process.
Most of all, I believe that when you feel safe enough to be honest, change becomes possible.
