The Studio holds my artwork — paintings, visual explorations, and creative processes that emerge from living attentively.
This is not production for performance.
It is creation as dialogue with life.
Some works are shared.
Some are available.
Some are simply witnessed.

How I Work
My background is in psychology (PhD), leadership, mindfulness and resilience — but my way of working is human first.
I combine this foundation with my shamanic training and my art practice, allowing different ways of knowing to meet and inform one another.
