1:1 Work — Three Pathways

Different moments in life call for different kinds of support.
I offer three types of 1:1 work, each with a distinct focus and pace.

The way we work together depends on the pathway that fits you right now.
You don’t need to be sure — if you’re unsure, we begin with an exploratory conversation.

🌿 1:1 — The Haven

A space for stabilising, resting, and being held

For times when life feels heavy, overwhelming, or too noisy — and you need somewhere to land.

This work is gentle and grounding, focused on emotional support, nervous system settling, and quiet reflection. There is no pressure to change or perform. We move at the pace your system allows.

This may suit you if:

  • You feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or emotionally full

  • You’re navigating a difficult period or transition

  • You want care without being “worked on”

🔥 1:1 — Alive

A space for vitality, expression, and movement

For times when you feel flat, muted, or disconnected — and something in you wants to move, speak, or come alive again.

This work is embodied and creative. It may include movement, imagery, voice, or symbolic exploration, always guided by what feels right for you.

This may suit you if:

  • You feel disconnected from energy, desire, or creativity

  • You sense there’s more life in you than you’re currently living

  • You’re not unwell — just under-expressed

🌱 1:1 — Emergence

A space for deep transition and integration

For moments of profound change — when an old identity no longer fits and something new is forming.

This work is reflective and integrative, supporting clarity, meaning, and inner leadership during periods of transition. It’s not crisis support, but it is deep work.

This may suit you if:

  • You’re at a crossroads or identity shift

  • You’re navigating leadership or life transitions

  • You’re asking deeper questions about who you are becoming
